Lutz, who commanded the NKP base in
Thailand in the early 1970’s. The patches are for the EC-47
aircraft, Task Force Alpha (which analysed the data retrieved by
sensors hidden on the Ho Chi Minh trail), and an unknown “Sparky
FAC” patch featuring Snoopy on his dog house with a video screen
showing a North Vietnamese truck, and a keyboard below (probably
TFA related?)
