Nha Trang Beach Party, 1969

Any soldier who served one tour in Vietnam could enjoy three days of “rest and recreation”, generally in Asia (outside Vietnam), Australia or Hawaii. But some also managed to enjoy the beaches of Vietnam from time to time. This series shows members of the 5^th Special Forces Group sunbathing on the shore of Nha Trang, which was (and still is, believe us!) the best place in South Vietnam for a beach vacation.
