Advisory Team 6, Nha Trang Air Base, 1968
The
USAF had at least one advisory team located on each air base used by the South
Vietnamese Air Force (VNAF). AFAT-6 served with VNAF 62nd Tactical Wing
and provided advisory assistance on Operations, Material, POL, Civil Engineer,
Supply, Communications matters, and also worked directly with the 114th
215th and 524th VNAF squadrons.
